A session is a coaching conversation (text or voice) with up to 15 minutes of interaction. Multiple topics within one conversation count as one session.
You'll receive a notification at 80% usage. After that, additional sessions are billed at the overage rate (from 0.25 EUR/session). An upgrade to a higher package is possible at any time.
Yes. All cloud packages (Coach & Pro) can be cancelled monthly, without a minimum term. Enterprise contracts are individually negotiated.
With self-hosting, you use your own API keys for the AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open source). Token costs are billed directly with the provider, not through us. This gives you full cost transparency and control.
For cloud packages (Coach & Pro) there is no setup fee. The standard setup is included. Individual customization (custom scenarios, deep knowledge integration, persona design) is billed as project effort.
sales-coach.ai supports OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and local open-source models. In the cloud package we select the optimal model. With self-hosting/BYOK you decide yourself.
